The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Passed Away in an LA Vehicle Accident
The co-creator of Call of Duty, renowned for co-creating the globally famous first-person shooter Call of Duty, has tragically died in a vehicle crash in the state of California at the age of 55.
His passing was confirmed by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the development studio which he helped establish.
The renowned game designer lost his life when his car crashed and burst into flames on a motorway in Los Angeles on this past Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This is a heartbreaking loss, and our hearts are with Vince's family, those closest to him, and the countless individuals inspired by his work," a spokesperson for Electronic Arts commented.
